Roles & Responsibility –
• Typing speed and Accuracy: 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
• Excellent communication skills required in Hindi/English both the languages
• Candidate should be comfortable in Permanent WFO
• Candidate should be comfortable in 24*7 Shifts
• Have to resolve customer queries over the calls
• Need to Provide resolution to the customer
Consultants should be able to display high level of empathy while dealing with customer problems and humanize the communication aspect irrespective of the channel of interaction
