• handling walk in customer to make them convince to buy existing designs.

• tele-call to the customer to make them aware about platform and invite them to visit our website

• tele-call to the customer to make sale over call

• dealing with incoming email, chats and calls.

• correspond on behalf of the management.

• create sales material to present to customers.

• recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales

• understand the customer jewellery requirement and give them proper solution.

• addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time

• have good communication skills (marathi / hindi / english languages).

• noting important details of each conversation
