• Solving the queries of Customer through call, what’s app, email, sms etc.

• Coordinating with other team members for solution and communicating with customer

• Coordinating with courier partners and putting all details of orders in excel and track orders on daily basis.

• Order processing of online orders whenever required on various portals.
