• day shift, work timings 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

• monday to saturday working in a week

• immediate joining (1-2 days)

responsibilities:

• respond to customer queries and customers’ concerns

• providing support for customers and handling the account for the end-user.

• maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies

• reproduce customer issues and advise the best solution

• provide excellent customer service to our clients

• you should be responsible to exhibit a capacity for critical thinking and analysis.

• responsible to showcase a proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment
