Job Description

We are currently hiring for Various Call Centre€™s in Bangalore. You can try for 10 to 15 BPOs

in one place.

*****No Virtual Interview, Only Face to Face. Candidates have to be in Bengaluru*****

Eligibility:

Required Excellent communication

Education: Graduate Fresher / Undergraduate with minimum 6 months BPO experience

Should be flexible with rotational shifts.

5 days of working 2 Days Off.

Role & Responsibilities:

ï‚· Handle incoming calls from customers or clients.

ï‚· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and friendly manner.

ï‚· Provide information about products, services, or processes.

ï‚· Responsible for UK client, handling queries, appropriate assistance

ï‚· Patience when handling tough cases.

ï‚· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

ï‚· Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

ï‚· Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.

ï‚· Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and Em-pathetically.

ï‚· Following up with customers for any further information.

ï‚· Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools
