we are hiring for the position of customer care specialist / customer care executive for our company webvio technologies pvt ltd at rajarhat, kolkata.
candidates belongs to travel background there is no bar for salary
this is a us inbound ticketing process candidate have to take 15 to 30 inbound calls in a day only and book flight tickets and train tickets for us customers as per their requirements and resolve their quires .
need candidates with good communication skills and minimum 2 years of experience in international bpo
working days: 24 days working days in a month , 6 week offs, 2 paid leaves, 1 birthday leave , 15 compensatory off for a year .
shifts: us night shift , fixed shift with roster off
incentive : up to 4 lacs in a month ( average incentive 30 k to 50k in a month ) apart from salary
salary : fixed salary , no deduction on salary
training : 30 days fully paid training will be provided
responsibilities:-
ge incoming phone calls
tify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
ide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
le customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
requirements:-
1. proven customer care experience in any international bpo or experience as a travel sales representative
2. strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
3. customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
4. excellent communication and interpersonal skills
