Job Role:

Handling customer queries via inbound and outbound calls

Providing accurate information regarding OneAssist products and services

Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and service quality

Maintaining professionalism during all customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

HSC (12th pass) with minimum 6 months of experience, OR

Graduate €“ freshers are welcome

Communication Skills:

Must have good to excellent verbal communication in English

Minimum Versant score of 5 is required
