• knowledge in travel customer care transactions/ticketing payment & cancelation
• 1+ years of travel experience. must be detail oriented.
as a customer experience executive, you will be responsible for
• interact with customers to provide and process information in response to enquiries, issues, and requests and maintain a strict sla for replies
• deep dive into actual issues/concerns raised by users and liaise with internal teams to find a resolution
• be able to work across multiple channels to communicate with customers and handle queries via chats.

must have:- excellent spoken & written english.
skill set required :-
*strong customer service skills.
*good communication skills (written & spoken).
*knowledge of resolving queries by remote support.
*good listening & probing skills.
*good convincing skills. shifts:- for female- general shifts 9:30am 6:30pm
for male- (24*7 rotational)
compensation: commensurate to skills & experience; comparable to the best in the industry.
