Call Centre Associate Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing Inbound and/or outbound calls

Following various communication scripts when speaking to a customer;

Identifying customer needs, calls should be answered in weekend & festivals ;

Upselling products and services wherever possible;

Building sustainable customer relationships;

Keeping records of all conversations organized;

Building product knowledge; and improving performance and achieve targets.
