About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Advisors to support patient coordination, service assistance, and operational support. This role is ideal for freshers who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients and visitors with appointments and service inquiries

Provide accurate information about hospital services and procedures

Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience

Coordinate with internal departments for service delivery

Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Maintain service records and follow operational guidelines

Required Skills

Excellent English communication skills (verbal)

Fluency in any one regional language: Telugu or Malayalam

Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills

Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset
