We are hiring a CRM Manager for our PropTech firm based in Noida, to look after Post Sales CRM Operations, to maintain Buyers MIS and look after their concerns. Candidate should have hands-on knowledge of CRM softwares.
Customer Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
Meeting with other managers in the organization to plan strategically.
Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing those.
Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
Customer Relationship Manager Requirements:
A bachelors degree.
A minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Superior industry knowledge.
A team player with leadership skills.
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
