we are hiring a crm manager for our proptech firm based in noida, to look after post sales crm operations, to maintain buyers mis and look after their concerns. candidate should have hands-on knowledge of crm softwares.

customer relationship manager responsibilities:

• building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

• resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

• keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

• meeting with other managers in the organization to plan strategically.

• expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
