CRM Executive

1. Should be well versed with sales, distributions, dealer management, service functions

2. Understanding customer concern and to help them solving their query with their satisfaction.

3. Generation of Leads and qualifying the leads.

4. Ensuring seamless communication with team to keep high morale and low chances of mistake.

5. Maintain and update files, databases, records, and other documents; and perform routine analyses and processing of data

6. Any other task assigned by the reporting manager.

7. Can Generate Sales Order, Proforma invoice and Billing

8. Good written and verbal communication & analytical skills

9. Candidate should be familiar with product listing on Amazon, Flipkart and other E-commerce marketplace, should have knowledge over Refund, Return and Cancellation of orders.

10. Familiar with Social Media Marketing.
