Seba Rahara began its journey in 2006 as a NGO , registered under W.B. Societies Registration Act.1961., members, based on their realisation, traditional wisdom and capacity to grasp, grass root challenges of society, the poverty alleviation and reduction of income inequalities, started microfinance operation by providing income generating loan products under insurance coverage which are well researched , adequately designed and priced with a strong focus on financial sustainability, which are the excellence of Seba to stand in the services of the individuals particularly downtrodden women working in rural, semi-urban ,urban areas.
