**position:** branch credit officer

**product focus:** lap, business loan

**key responsibilities:**

- assessing creditworthiness of potential clients for lap and business loan products

- managing credit applications and ensuring timely processing

- conducting field visits and investigations as part of the credit appraisal process

- monitoring and managing credit portfolio performance

- collaborating with sales and operations teams to streamline credit processes

**requirements:**

- minimum 1-2 years of field pd (personal discussion) experience in the finance industry for lap (mandatory)

- strong understanding of lap and business loan products

- excellent analytical and decision-making skills

- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- effective communication and interpersonal abilities
