 A coordinator schedules and coordinates all external/Internal training with managers and instructors.
 Map out course plans, expense report, course programs (External or Internal)
 Arrange appropriate course equipment and stations for external/internal courses.
 Travel with Equipment and courses materials to the client location.
 Promote available course opportunities to instructors & provide necessary information
 Check everything prior to a course such as ticket, accommodation, equipment, laptop, question papers etc.
 Check course codes prior to a course
 Travelling with course equipment to various places as per the company travel policy and ensure the safety of equipment & company properties
 Ensure instructor & coordinator travel, food, accommodation & plan appropriate instructors for various courses in and out of Kerala
 Use accepted training principles and track or update new AHA training methods and techniques
 Support marketing activities
 Assess instructor effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of course on candidate.
Handle registration for programs and coordinate on-line registration ,create participant rosters and compile documentation *
 Must collect, compile and report results of evaluation and course data. Prepare and document procedures for instructors and Team leader
 Collect feedback after every course and inform the superiors and document it
