Counter Sales Manager - Chandigarh Sector 21

As a Counter Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the sales operations at our location in Sector 21. You will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring a high level of customer service while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: You will oversee a team of sales associates, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their performance and ensure they meet sales goals.

- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers, addressing their needs and inquiries, while providing information about products and services to boost customer satisfaction.

- Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and attract new customers, while analyzing market trends to identify potential opportunities.

- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that products are adequately stocked and displayed, while monitoring sales data to make informed purchasing decisions.

- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, offering insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and achieve targets.

Required Skills and Expectations:
