Counter Assistant (Full Time)

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Counter Assistant to join our team at Sweet Tooth by Kruti Studio. The ideal candidate will handle customer orders, maintain cleanliness at the counter, assist in packaging sweets and desserts, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with orders

Manage billing and cash transactions

Maintain counter display and hygiene

Pack and label sweets/desserts as per order

Coordinate with kitchen staff for order readiness

Requirements:

Pleasant personality and good communication skills

Basic knowledge of billing/cash handling

Prior experience in a bakery or food outlet preferred

Flexible to work on weekends and festive days
