Desired Qualification:

Graduates / Post Graduates (CMA / ICWA & MBA) Cost Analysis field with 5-8 years of Experience in

Agro Commodities / FMCG / E commerce industries.

Skills Required:

- Proven Experience as Cost Analyst, Cost Specialist or Similar role.

- Experience in data, Operational and financial analysis

- Knowledge of accounting Process and software

- Strong Analytical skills

- A business acumen and Great attention to detail

- Product Knowledge on Agro Commodities / FMCG trading Business.

- Good interpersonal and Communication skill

- Growth mindset with can do attitude.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze financial data on bulk purchase and sales

- Determine standard cost and investigate variances with actual cost

- Help Management to make important decisions based on costs and benefits (., Investment,

Market Growth and Pricing Changes)

- Create and manage budgets and monitor spending

- Conduct audits on financial process and transactions

- Monitor changes in process or methods to calculate effects or overall costs

- Estimate product cost for new and existing products

- Forecast and analyze cost of process, labour and inventory

- Suggest cost reducing and profitable solutions

- Conduct market research to support future business planning
