Position: Senior Accountant - Construction

Location: Head Office-Indirapuram

Overview: We are seeking a Senior Accountant with experience in the construction industry

to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting,

including financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting, with a focus on construction

accounting principles. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy

and integrity of financial information related to construction projects and supporting the

overall financial operations of the company.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income

statements, and cash flow statements, for construction projects and the company as

a whole

Manage project accounting, including cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting for

construction projects

Coordinate with project managers and engineers to track project costs and ensure

accurate project accounting

Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management

and external stakeholders

Assist with budgeting and financial planning for construction projects and the

company

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and

IFRS

Provide support for internal and external audits, including preparing audit schedules

and responding to audit inquiries

Mentor and train junior accounting staff

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification

preferred

8+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in construction

accounting

Proficiency in accounting software (., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
