€¢ Ensure complete delivery of Annual Sales Plan, for the assigned territory, in all aspects
€¢ Continuously monitor Sales & Collections performance
€¢ Corporate Sales management
€¢ Regular monitoring of market performance €“ Segment/Customer-wise
€¢ Ensure compliance of SOPs
€¢ Ensure timely submission of periodic Sales reports
€¢ Overall Revenue achievement
€¢ Customer base expansion and maintenance
