Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and manage corporate clients for group insurance products (group health, life, accident, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, finance teams, and decision-makers in corporates.
Identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions aligned with their employee benefit strategies.
Ensure timely renewals, endorsements, and servicing of group policies.
Coordinate with internal departments (underwriting, claims, operations) for seamless policy issuance and support.
Address and resolve client queries, escalations, and claim-related concerns effectively.
Maintain regular follow-ups and documentation in CRM systems.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates.
Meet revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling, and client retention strategies.
