Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Developer with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform to build and deploy an AI-powered Knowledge Assistant for Microsoft Teams. The solution will leverage SharePoint content as the knowledge source to deliver secure, citation-backed responses to users through Microsoft Copilot Studio.

The ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, configuring, and deploying Copilot Studio agents, integrating SharePoint knowledge sources, implementing Teams bots, and working with Microsoft Power Platform services. The role also involves configuring knowledge connectors, developing agent workflows, implementing escalation processes, supporting governance, monitoring usage analytics, and providing deployment and hypercare support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Build and configure AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Configure SharePoint Online knowledge sources and knowledge connectors.

Develop conversational topics, entities, generative answers, and orchestration.

Deploy Microsoft Teams bots and Teams applications.

Design and implement Adaptive Cards for Teams.

Configure Microsoft Graph Search integration.

Develop agent escalation and handoff workflows.

Integrate Power Automate flows for business processes.

Configure Dataverse as the agent data layer.

Manage environments using Power Platform Admin Center.

Implement governance and DLP policies.

Configure Azure PAYG billing and Copilot Credits.

Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) authentication and SSO.

Configure permission-based knowledge access.

Participate in pilot deployment and organization-wide rollout.

Prepare governance and technical documentation.

Deliver user training sessions.

Monitor usage analytics and performance.

Provide deployment and hypercare support.

Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams.

Required Experience

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio development.

Experience building AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Hands-on experience integrating SharePoint Online as a knowledge source.

Experience deploying Microsoft Teams bots and Teams applications.

Experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.

Experience developing Power Automate workflows.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph Search.

Experience implementing Adaptive Cards.

Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID authentication and SSO.

Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Experience with governance, deployment, rollout, and production support.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
