We are looking for the profile of a Coordinator/ Call Coordinator/ IT Service Desk Coordinator
Job Description:
* Coordinating customer calls, generating ticket id through ticketing tool, assigning engineers, end to end following up with engineers and various cross functional team and provide faster resolution of customers issues.
* Can Provide IT support to customers across Pan India and ensure timely resolution of issues within TAT.
* Can reply to customer's mail.
* Good Knowledge in MS Excel for Preparing various Daily /weekly reports
* Good communication skill, spoken & written both.
The candidate shall have a prior experience of at least 2-3 years in the said profile
