contracts manager/engineer : civil with 3 to 8 years experience in road construction company as per below profile :

• drafting of contractual letter for day-to-day issue as well as delay event letter in consultation with pm/director/technical head

• managing potential variations and claims including records keeping and following with the contractor, site engineers and client

• preparation of statement of claim and statement of liquidity damages.

support in preparation of eot recommendation.

• interpreting the contract condition in response to contractor’s claim, project leadership queries and employer queries.

• ensure identification, preparation & submission of claims, variations, extra items etc. also, to track the progress of the same.

• to ensure that all the submissions to the client are adhered to the contract.

• preparation and submission of notice of dispute regarding the conciliation proceedings.

• preparation and submission of the direct/third party claims (insurance) as per car policy.

• ensuring the implementation of the work at the site as per the contractual provisions and approved drawings

• documentation of accurate data for the suitable extension of time from client for the milestone activities. further, prepare the monetary claims for the same.

• costing based on boq for new projects bidding as and when required
