A Continental Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting a wide variety of continental dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, taste, and hygiene. The chef plans menus, prepares ingredients, cooks meals according to recipes, monitors food inventory, ensures kitchen cleanliness, and follows food safety regulations. They also coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service, maintain consistency in food preparation, and create an excellent dining experience for guests. The chef should have knowledge of international cuisines, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment, along with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high culinary standards.
