CA Ushma Jain is a proprietor of Ushma & Associates, Chartered Accountants. She is the member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

She did her Bachelors of Commerce (Hons.) from Delhi University. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in June 2011. She is also a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and became a qualified Company Secretary (CS) in June 2011. She has also completed the certification course on Forex and Treasury Management conducted by ICAI in June 2015. She has also cleared Principles of International Taxation a Paper of Advance Diploma of International Taxation (ADIT) conducted by Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) of United Kingdom (UK) in June, 2019.
