job responsibilities:

*handling end- end recruitment.

*looking for non it / it recruiter.

*handling middle and senior level recruitment.

*achieving individual targets and set an example for the team

*helping the team with the new clients pitch & ensure proper information about the company and competitors are provided.

*smooth interaction with the team so that they are productive.

*communicate clear instructions to the team members

*create reports to update the company on teams performance.

*manage escalations on a daily basis.

*smooth day to day reporting and holding team meeting whenever required.

*conducting telephonic interviews, and schedule face to face interviews with client.

*quarterly review meet with the management.

*handling client coordination.
