C. Making sure the candidates are being responded to within TAT.
D. Publish MIS of the candidates who have applied to .
E. Responding to candidates on Whatsapp directly, Mail, Social Media (. Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube) within TAT.
F. Distributing profiles between team for optimum utilization of the available positions.
G. Keeping track of marketing strategies to figure out what’s working and what’s not.
H. Take part in internal hiring through provided job portals( Shine , Times, Monster etc), networking, social media.
I. Attend meetings with IT & Marketing team to understand project development and publish minutes.
