Supervisor (male)

-Oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites to ensure smooth execution.

-Supervise and coordinate the work of laborers, subcontractors, and equipment operators.

-Monitor progress and report any delays or issues to the Project Manager.

-Ensure that all construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.

-Conduct regular inspections and quality checks at various stages of construction.

-Plan daily manpower, materials, and equipment requirements for site operations.

-Enforce safety protocols and ensure use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) on-site.

-Act as the main point of contact between site teams, engineers, and project management.

-Maintain records of work progress, material consumption, attendance, and equipment usage.

-Supervise, motivate, and train workers for efficient task execution.
