Job Description: Hiring a Construction Helper in Belarus to support site work—material handling, basic tools, cleaning, and assisting skilled workers.

Job Location: BELARUS

Key Responsibilities

Load/unload and move construction materials, tools, and equipment to required work areas.​

Assist masons, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other trades with daily site tasks as directed.​

Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris, keeping walkways safe, and maintaining housekeeping.​

Help in basic mixing/pouring tasks (cement/mortar) and support simple manual work under supervision.​

Follow safety rules (PPE), handle tools properly, and report hazards to the supervisor.

Salary & Earnings

Basic salary Range: 700 USD to 800 USD

Over Time availability and Over Time calculation basis (as per local labour law/company policy).

Work Schedule

Duty hours 8 to 10 hours (including break).

Working 6 days.

Leave policy: As per Company Policy/Local Labour Law
