Urgent Requirement For Construction Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team in Mumbai, India. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of relevant experience and hold a graduate degree, bringing expertise in analyzing project costs and budgets to support successful construction projects.

1. **Cost Analysis**: Review project plans and specifications to estimate costs accurately. You will calculate expenses for materials, labor, and equipment to provide detailed cost projections.

2. **Bid Preparation**: Prepare comprehensive bid proposals for various construction projects. This includes compiling data and collaborating with project managers to submit competitive and precise bids.

3. **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary information for estimating. Effective communication is essential to ensure all aspects of a project are considered.

4. **Market Research**: Conduct market research to stay updated on material and labor costs. You will analyze market trends to refine estimates and provide insights to improve cost-efficiency.

5. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project costs. You will organize all calculations and reports for future reference and project evaluations.
