Key responsibilities:
1. Data Management: Organize and maintain electronic files and databases efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
2. Microsoft Office: Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for tasks like creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
3. Internet Usage: Conduct online research, email communication, and web browsing to support daily tasks and projects.
4. Clerical Work: Assist in general office duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
5. Receptionist Activities: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide basic information or assistance as needed.
6. Excel Sheet: Manage and update Excel spreadsheets with accuracy to track and analyze data effectively.
7. Online Data Entry: Enter data into online systems or databases following specific guidelines and timelines.
