Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Computer Operator to manage and maintain our computer systems and perform tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience and hold a postgraduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Entry and Management**: Accurately input and organize data into computer systems, ensuring information is easily accessible and up-to-date.

- **System Monitoring**: Regularly check the performance of computer systems and report any issues or malfunctions to the IT team for timely resolution.

- **Document Preparation**: Create, edit, and format documents as needed, ensuring that all outputs meet company standards for quality and accuracy.

- **Technical Support**: Provide basic technical assistance to team members, helping them troubleshoot minor problems and facilitating a smoother workflow.

- **Inventory Maintenance**: Keep track of computer equipment and supplies, assisting in inventory management to ensure availability of necessary tools and materials.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, and have a good understanding of computer hardware and software. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaboration with team members and providing support. Attention to detail is crucial to maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
