1. Responsible for registration of new employee covered under ESI & PF
2. Should be able to solve the employee’s grievance related to ESI & PF
3. Generation and submission of monthly ESI & PF challan
4. Knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESI, Factory Act, Minimum Wages & LWF
5. To properly prepares all statutory returns, compliance reports, documents, and timely file them with concerned government departments and appropriate authorities
6. Knowledge of compliance registers under various Labour Laws and Act as per its applicability
7. Should be well versed with Labour Court procedures, Negotiating and settlement of disputes
8. Should liaise with relevant Govt. department for PF, ESIC & Labour License
