key responsibilities:

�� ensure timely compliance with companies act, 2013, sebi regulations, and mca filings

�� handle fema and rbi compliances, including foreign investment reporting and filings

�� oversee llp compliances and coordination with relevant authorities

�� organize and document board, committee, and general meetings (notices, agendas, minutes, resolutions)

�� maintain statutory records, registers, and secretarial documentation

�� support on matters such as incorporation, share allotments, director appointments, and other corporate actions

�� assist in ensuring proper governance practices and risk compliance

qualifications:

�� qualified company secretary member of icsi

�� [0 - 3] years of post-qualification experience

�� strong knowledge of applicable corporate laws and regulations

�� excellent communication, drafting, and organizational skills

�� proficiency in ms office, mca portal, and sebi listing portals
