Key Responsible Areas- KRA (Job Description)

Designation: Spoken English cum PD (Personality Development) Facilitator

Responsible for imparting training in the concerned subject.

Reports to the Centre Manager.

Must have a sound understanding of the curriculum and completion of curriculum..

Completion of Assessments as per the time-lines.

Completion of syllabus/Curriculum in the prescribed time period.

Should be able to handle youth from the age group of 18 to 30.

Data compilation and reporting to the Centre Manager.

Maintaining attendance of the students.

Helping students in the classroom activities.

Facilitating discussions on current topics and classroom display.

Coordinate with the Placement Coordinator to facilitate students for placements.

Support in Mobilization and placements of students (Field/Calling/Documentation).

Work on case studies of students before and after placement.

Maintaining proper decorum and discipline in the class.

Maintaining the hygiene and safety of classroom equipment of the centre.

Perform any other tasks provided by Centre Manager/Senior officials.
