Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible to maintain cleanliness, sanitation at the assigned work area.
Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items by the recipe and to specification.
Arrange ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
Prepare all menu items directed by Demi Chef de Partie.
Experience and Skills required.
Culinary experience over 0-2 years
Experience in a Commis II , preferably in Hospitality / fine dining
Excellent communication skills
Culinary Certificate preferred
