• collection two wheeler and three wheeler emi

• cash collection from loan defaulters.

• to ensure recovery as per the assigned kras

• proactive in coming up with suggestion in policy changes on collections.

• maintaining proper feedbacks of each contract and provides the same as and when requested.

• maintain mis of recoveries done and their month/quarter/year end status

• ensure adherence to sop.

• to adhere to the nbfc processes and procedures

• to adhere to collection audit requirement
