We are seeking a motivated Collection Officer to join our team in Roorkee. This entry-level position is suitable for individuals with 0 to 6 years of experience and requires a minimum of a 12th-grade education.
As a Collection Officer, your primary responsibility will be to manage the collection of outstanding payments from clients while maintaining positive relationships. You will regularly communicate with clients via phone and email to remind them of their payment obligations.
