As Collection Executive, you will be assisting Billing and Receivables manager in timely collection of receivables and implementing effective collection processes.

This role reports to the Global Finance Manager.

Your area of responsibility:

• Daily follow-up on outstanding payment via calls & emails (approx. 40 - 50 calls and Mails per day).

• Entering call summary in the internal application.

• Creating cases to respective teams in case of escalation from clients.

• Coordinating with other teams for further inputs/progress on the case
