collection and recovery process.

* The candidate will be responsible for contacting the customers, following up on over dues payments.

* Negotiate repayments plan.

* Handle customer queries.

Eligibility criteria:

Minimum 6 months to 2 years' experience in collection and recovery

good communication skills
