key responsibilities:

field visits: the primary responsibility is to visit customers at their homes or businesses to collect outstanding dues.

customer interaction: engaging with customers to discuss overdue payments and negotiate settlements or payment plans.

documentation: keeping accurate records of each interaction, including the amount collected, customer responses, and any agreements made.

legal compliance: ensuring that the collection methods are in line with legal and ethical standards. this includes adhering to debt collection regulations and laws in the local jurisdiction.
