As a Collection Executive, you will play a vital role in managing and collecting outstanding payments. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with customers regarding their dues and ensure timely payment of debts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Follow-up on Payments:** Regularly follow up with customers who have unpaid bills, ensuring they are aware of their obligations.
