Job Summary

The Collection Executive is responsible for timely recovery of dues from customers, reducing delinquency, and maintaining healthy customer relationships while strictly adhering to RBI guidelines and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with customers for overdue payments via calls, messages,

Collect EMI payments and ensure timely deposit as per company process

Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and customer interactions

Handle customer queries related to repayments and resolve issues professionally

Identify delinquent accounts and escalate high-risk cases to the supervisor

Coordinate with internal teams for repayment posting and account reconciliation

Ensure ethical collection practices and compliance with RBI regulations

Meet assigned collection and recovery targets

Update collection status in CRM / collection system daily

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 10+2 / Graduate preferred

03 years of experience in collections (NBFC / Banking preferred)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in the field and handle pressure situations

Basic knowledge of loan products and EMI structures

Familiarity with collection tools, CRM, and mobile apps

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Collection efficiency (%)

Reduction in delinquency and NPA levels

Daily/monthly recovery targets achieved

Accuracy of documentation and reporting

Customer feedback and compliance adherence
