🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Handle delinquent and pre-delinquent customer accounts through outbound calls.

- Follow up on overdue payments and obtain Promise-to-Pay (PTP) commitments.

- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate assistance.

- Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM.

- Achieve assigned collection, productivity, and quality targets.

- Follow company processes, compliance guidelines, and call quality standards.
