CNC VMC Setter - Kharadi Pune

We are seeking a skilled CNC VMC Setter with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Kharadi, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating vertical machining centers (VMCs) to produce high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Machine Setup: Prepare and set up CNC VMC machines by installing necessary tooling and fixtures according to specifications.

- Programming: Read and interpret technical blueprints and CNC programs to ensure correct machining operations.

- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of produced parts to maintain quality standards and make adjustments as needed.

- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.

- Collaboration: Work closely with team members in the production department to support workflow and meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess a diploma in mechanical or manufacturing engineering. A strong understanding of CNC VMC operations, machining processes, and blueprint reading is essential. You should have hands-on experience with different machining tools and a keen eye for detail to ensure part quality. Good problem-solving skills are necessary, along with the ability to work independently and operate as part of a team. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adhering to safety protocols while maintaining productivity.
