As a CNC Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of computer numerical control (CNC) machines to ensureefficient and precise manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for managing a team of CNC operators,scheduling production runs, maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and qualitystandards.Key Responsibilities:1.Supervision and Leadership:Lead a team of CNC operators, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Assign tasks and responsibilitiesto team members based on production priorities and individual skill sets. Foster a positive and collaborative workenvironment, promoting teamwork and adherence to company policies and procedures.2.Production Management:Develop production schedules and coordinate workflow to meet production targets and customer deadlines.Monitor machine performance and production output, making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency andminimize downtime. Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timelyresolution.3.Quality Assurance:Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that finished products meet specifications and customerrequirements.
