CNC Machine Operator - Singapore

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator with 6 to 12 years of experience to join our team in Changi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC machine operation and programming.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set Up and Operate CNC Machines: You will be responsible for preparing and running CNC machines according to job specifications, ensuring precision and accuracy in all operations.

2. Reading Blueprints and Technical Drawings: You must interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately produce parts and components.

3. Quality Control: It is essential to conduct regular quality checks on produced items, using measuring tools to ensure they meet the required specifications and tolerances.

4. Routine Maintenance: Carrying out routine maintenance on CNC machines is important. You will ensure machines are kept in good working condition to minimize downtime.

5. Collaboration with Team: Working closely with other team members, you will communicate any issues or changes needed to improve production efficiency.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess strong technical skills and an in-depth understanding of CNC machinery and tools. Attention to detail and an ability to work independently are crucial. A valid knowledge of safety standards in an industrial environment is also expected.
