Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to head residential sales across multiple projects. The role involves driving revenue growth, overseeing Site Heads and senior teams, strengthening channel networks, and ensuring achievement of business targets across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Project Sales Leadership
Drive sales performance across multiple residential projects
Monitor site-wise bookings, conversions, and revenue
Ensure achievement of overall portfolio targets
Identify risks and implement corrective actions
Leadership & Team Management
Lead Site Heads, Sales Managers, and senior sales teams
Conduct performance reviews and productivity improvement initiatives
Build a high-performance, target-driven culture
Mentor leaders to enhance execution capability
Channel Partner & Broker Strategy
Strengthen relationships with key channel partners and brokers
Increase partner productivity and contribution
Design engagement and incentive programs
Expand partner network to drive site visits and closures
Market & Business Strategy
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
Provide strategic inputs for positioning and inventory movement
Identify new growth opportunities and customer segments
💰 Revenue & Collections Oversight
Ensure strong sales pipeline and closure ratios
Support collection efforts and reduction of outstanding dues
Monitor inventory movement across projects
Launch & Portfolio Support
Support pre-launch and launch activities
Ensure site readiness, staffing, and sales tools availability
Coordinate with marketing for lead generation initiatives
Mandatory Requirements
✔ 3–5 years of experience as Cluster Head / Regional Head / Business Head (Residential Real Estate)
✔ Prior experience as Site Head for minimum 5 years
✔ Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
✔ Demonstrated success in delivering large revenue targets
✔ Real estate developer background is mandatory
✔ Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
✔ Exposure to Mumbai residential market preferred
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
MBA preferred
