responsibilities:
• build relationships, network & maintain regular contacts with corporate and key individual customers, bookers, decision makers and hoteliers to generate sales opportunities
• build an accurate and effective database of current and potential guests/accounts in order to orient targeted sales efforts in accordance with the s&m plan.
• identify key customer needs & secure feedback through sales calls & meetings and take actionable steps in coordination with support of respective functions.
• assist in developing and implementing sales plan to increase sales, customer retention etc.
• develop systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• produce daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly mis as needed.
• implement effective filing and lead tracking systems within the sales department in order to minimize response times and maximize conversion.
• use knowledge of market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue
• supports the company's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
