Responsibilities:
• Build relationships, network & maintain regular contacts with corporate and key individual customers, bookers, decision makers and hoteliers to generate Sales Opportunities
• Build an accurate and effective database of current and potential guests/accounts in order to orient targeted sales efforts in accordance with the S&M plan.
• Identify key customer needs & secure feedback through sales calls & meetings and take actionable steps in coordination with support of respective functions.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales plan to increase sales, customer retention etc.
• Develop systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS as needed.
• Implement effective filing and lead tracking systems within the sales department in order to minimize response times and maximize conversion.
• Use Knowledge of Market Trends and Target Customer Information to Maximize Revenue
• Supports the company's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
